1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at service@zenstatue.com.
- Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, ZenStatue will bear the full cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: We believe in transparency—we do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the buddha sculpture is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and high-quality photos of the damage.
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund immediately.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale Items: Products clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
- Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Any statue that has been custom-made or personalized at your request.
6. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Timeframe: Please remember it can take 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at service@zenstatue.com within 12 hours of placement.
- If the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will issue a full refund immediately.
- If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return process after receiving the item.
