At ZenStatue, we are committed to delivering our zenstatue and buddha sculptures to your sanctuary safely and efficiently. This policy provides detailed information on our shipping processes, timelines, and costs.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners.
2. Shipping Destinations, Times & Rates
We primarily serve customers in the United States and selected international regions. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather.
3. Transparent Pricing & Customs
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the statue and the destination.
- Customs & Duties: For orders to the United States, most zen home decor items under $800 qualify for duty-free entry under Section 321. However, for international orders outside the US, customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
4. Real-Time Tracking
Once your meditation buddha is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package’s journey from our center to your doorstep.
5. Shipping Address Requirements
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our statues. Please ensure a physical street address is provided at checkout. ZenStatues is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Every buddha sculpture is packaged with high-density protective materials to ensure safety.
- Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at service@zenstatue.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, please reach out so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

By shipping directly from our professional facility in Nanjing, we maintain strict quality control over every piece of spiritual decor we send out, ensuring you receive an authentic and high-quality product.
